This unit fully installed in your new room will include:-- Recommendation and optimum pipe work design/run out shower drainage supplied and installed to a tray base in 32mm abs plastic basin, drainage supplies and installed to plug waste in 40mm abs plastic W.C fitted (not supplied) to floor and macerator.
- Discharge drainage supplied and fitted in 40 mm abs plastic to S.V.P. within 10 metres.
- Compliant electrical connections to existing single socket box within 3m of W.C.
- 5 Amp fused, non switched, neon indicator spur.
- 1 year on-site warranty against mechanical, electrical failure due to manufacturing and installation fault to include free call out with labour/parts.
- Old sanitary ware/ rubbish removed and re-cycled.
